These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Personal Play-by-Play website and services. By accessing our platform, uploading footage, or placing an order, you agree to the following terms:

1. Services Provided

Personal Play-by-Play offers custom video commentary services by transforming user-submitted video footage into personalized highlight reels with professional narration.

2. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you confirm that:

You have the legal right to use and upload any footage provided
You have secured permission from all individuals visible in the video (especially minors) By agreeing to these terms, you shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless, Personal Play-By-Play and its representatives from any and all claims, demands, actions, attorney’s fees, costs and expenses based upon or arising out of any use, reproduction, viewing, sharing or other distribution of the video.
The content is not defamatory, illegal, or infringing on intellectual property rights. PPBP reserves the right to exclude any content that is harmful, defamatory or offensive.You agree not to use our services for any unlawful or abusive purposes.

3. Video Usage & Copyright

You retain full ownership of your original video. By submitting content to us, you grant Personal Play-by-Play a non-exclusive license to use the footage solely for the purpose of creating your custom video.

We do not claim ownership over your footage or redistribute it without your explicit permission. However, if the finished video is ever used for commercial purposes, Personal Play-By-Play will be entitled to a receive 10% of any proceeds generated.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

● Payments must be made in full before work begins on your custom commentary video.

● Due to the personalized nature of our product, all sales are final once production begins.

● Refunds may be granted at our sole discretion for cancellations made before editing starts or in cases of technical errors on our part.

5. Delivery & Turnaround Time

We strive to deliver your custom video within the timeframe communicated during order confirmation. However, delivery times may vary depending on volume or complexity.

6. Content Modifications & Revisions

One round of minor revisions is included with your order (e.g., name pronunciations or factual corrections). Major revisions or re-recordings may incur an additional fee.

7. Limitation of Liability

Personal Play-by-Play is not liable for:

Any loss or damage resulting from the use, reproduction, sharing, viewing, or other distribution on the final video
Issues with playback or compatibility outside of our control
Misuse or unauthorized distribution of your content by third parties

Personal Play-by-Play shall not be held responsible for any claims, damages, or losses arising from the production, distribution, or viewing of the sports highlight video, including but not limited to errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content, or any adverse impacts resulting from its broadcast or sharing.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

8. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services if your content violates our standards or these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Nevada.
