Q1: What length video may I submit?
There is no limit on the length of your video. However, keep in mind that the longer the video, the more information will be required to help us make the finished product as entertaining and exciting as we all would like. Also, pricing is based on the length of the video. We find that a video between :15 and :60 in length usually works best, depending upon the sport involved and the specific highlight.
We will announce any video that you upload. Please provide enough content to cover the length of the video.
Please upload 1 video at a time and provide the description to cover that video. If you would like to upload multiple videos, please contact us to discuss a package.
Anything you would like! Please provide any information pertinent to the play that you’d like our broadcaster to use. (i.e. players names in clip, team names, down and distance, quarter/period/half, score, time left in the quarter/period/half/game, season stats, etc.) Please provide playmakers first and last name, or nickname, and include phonetic spelling (i.e, Guimon pronounced “guymun”). We will attempt to use as much of this information in the clip.
Prices for each video will vary by sportscaster. The price is listed by each sportscasters name in the upload highlight form.
We love sharing the finished videos and hope you will as well! But only if you’re okay with it, otherwise you can opt out by letting us know in the description or via email.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your video. If there is a name incorrectly pronounced, please let us know and we will redo your video to make it right.
Your completed video will be emailed to you within 72 hours in an MP4 file format for you to download to your phones camera roll or computer.

Stats, etc. are great, but funny, touching “human’ elements are what make the final product truly special.
Please provide phonetic spelling of any name that you think we might need help with (e.g Roberto Clemente: “Row-Bear-Toe” “Clem-ent-Tay”). We will contact you with any questions but if we do mispronounce a name, we will correct it at no charge. One round of minor revisions is included with your order.
Videos are produced in the order they are submitted and paid for in full. We will do our best to turn them around as quickly as possible. Rush production might be available for an additional fee.
Q1: How long should my highlight clip be for the best play-by-play commentary?

There’s no set limit on video length. Just keep in mind that longer clips require more detail to make the finished product exciting, and pricing is based on video duration. In most cases, a highlight between :30 and :60 works best, depending on the sport and the type of play you want covered.

However, keep in mind that a :15-:25 second highlight, especially for action-packed sports such as basketball, volleyball, hockey, etc. is not a lot of time to permit a great deal of content beyond the basic play-by-play. If you want more “color” commentary included, be sure to submit a longer highlight.

Crowd noise and natural game sounds are great, but heavy talking over the clip makes it difficult to create a clean play-by-play track. For the best results, try to submit highlights without other voices talking over the action.
