Who We Are

Personal Play-by-Play was founded by Jon Sandler. Jon has over 30 years of elite play-by-play experience. A graduate of Stanford University and the University of Virginia School of Law, Jon gave up his law practice to follow his true passion, sports broadcasting. Jon has called a wide variety of sports, including many years in Triple-A baseball, NCAA Division I Football and Baseball, and was the voice of UNLV Runnin’ Rebel basketball for two decades. He believes that every sports moment—big or small—deserves to be celebrated. Whether it’s a child scoring their first goal, a high school athlete making a game-winning play, or a group of friends competing in a backyard championship, we bring those moments to life with your Personal Play-By-Play.
